Takeaway customers MUST collect from the collection point at our front main entrance. Please wear a mask and use the hand sanitizer station.
To minimise wait times, customers can order takeaway by phone or online via our ‘ORDER DIRECT’ page: www.spiceracklounge.com/order/
Customers can also order via Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Contactless delivery is available.
All takeaway containers are firmly sealed and checked before being sent out for delivery.
DINE IN PRECAUTIONS (AS PER LATEST GOVERNMENT RULES):
Only 6 people from the same household/support bubble are permitted per table. We reserve the right to ask for proof that all members are from the same household.
Please follow our one way entry & exit signage. Enter from the main entrance at the front of the building only, and exit via the rear entrance.
All customers will have a temperature check on arrival and must sanitise hands at the station provided at the entrance of the restaurant.
Customers will be asked to ‘sign in’ to declare they are with members of their household/support bubble only.
1 customer from each group of 6 is required to check in on arrival via the NHS Track and Trace app or sign in sheet.
Customers must wear a face covering when not seated or eating. This includes entry, exit and using restrooms
Please adhere to all signage and stickers that will guide you in keeping the correct social distance
Table service only is in operation. Bar service is closed.
Alcohol will only be served with a substantial meal order as per government rules.
Last bookings are at 9.45pm. We are not permitted to take orders after 10pm.
The restaurant will close strictly at 11pm and customers must vacate the building by this time.
Every table is sanitised between bookings. Food menus are replaced for each seating. Drinks menus are antibacterial wiped.
All tables are seated either with the appropriate distancing between them or screened.
Staff will be wearing face coverings & sanitising regularly. Staff that use public transport are required to change clothes before the start of their shift.
All staff are temperature checked at the start of their shift.
Toilets are sanitised regularly. During busy periods a WC attendant will be appointed or restrictions will be in place.
